TRANSPORTATION
The conference takes place in the middle of Slovakia, in a a tiny
village
Stara Lesna. The conference site is accessible from international
airports
in Vienna (about 6 hrs. by IC/EC trains), Bratislava (about 4 hrs. by
IC/EC
trains) and Kosice (about 1 hr. by trains). There is direct train
connection
between Bratislava and Poprad about every 2 hours and there are several
direct trains from Vienna to Poprad. Moreover, there is a direct
bus connection from Vienna to Bratislava about every one hour.
Organizers are going to arrange a
special MFCS 2006 shuttle connecting
Poprad with the conference site on Sunday (27.8.2006) to highlated trains in railway
timetables. Please contact the organizing
commitee if you need help to get to the hotel.
